]]> http://www.dailydecorator.com/?feed=rss2&p=638 0 Cool DIY Wall Art! http://www.dailydecorator.com/?p=128 http://www.dailydecorator.com/?p=128#comments Sun, 25 Jan 2009 06:20:31 +0000 TS http://www.dailydecorator.com/?p=128 Here it is our 1st Design Exchange!  This is where we get to share our design ideas.  Please send pics of your great design projects, renovations or design questions to the Daily Decorator and we can all get inspired!  This design exchange comes from Carrie in New Jersey.  She wanted to fill a wall space with a bold statement which she beautifully accomplished.  She also mentioned that it was a very easy project for very little money.  Check it out.



O.K.  This is how she did it.  She purchased 8X8 primed canvases with a wide edge, some Modge Podge and wrapping paper, wall paper, tissue paper, gift bags and card stock with a similar theme.  Any paper that was too thick to work easily with was photocopied.  Each canvas was covered with the Modge Podge and wrapped with the individual papers!  How Cool!



The artwork really coordinates with the bedding in the pic below…
