Playroom Paradise

February 16th, 2009

After watching the latest episode of HGTV’s “Showdown – Battle of the Design Stars” which designed a playroom, I got inspired and wanted to share some fun playroom pics.   On this episode of “Showdown” all former contestants from HGTV’s show “Design Star” participated in this week’s “Showdown” competition.  They started with a very basic room and Kim Myles of HGTV’s “Myles of Style” and Matt Locke a “Design Star” runner-up came up with the winning design.  See below.

Although this room won the competition, I have to say that I would have selected Jennifer Bertrand’s (most recent winner of “Design Star”) and Todd Davis’ room.  They allowed more floor room to play, and I loved the canopy curtain which creates a little tent room.  Check it out.
